Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and group chat.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate problem resolution.
- Manage and track customer inquiries and issues through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Document customer interactions and solutions to contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Experience with Retail and/or Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and network troubleshooting.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT field or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficiency in using a ticketing system (e.g., HubSpot, Jira etc).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
