About the role:

As a Business Development Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in global partnerships and digital marketing. In this role, you'll learn how to identify and qualify leads, engage with potential clients, and support the sales team in nurturing long-term relationships.

You'll collaborate with international brands, gain exposure to global markets, and build valuable skills in communication, strategy, and business development. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and grow into future roles as sales or business development executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads for international partnerships.
  • Craft and send outreach proposals to businesses.
  • Support the sales team in follow-ups and maintaining communication pipelines.
  • Research industries and markets to help tailor outreach strategies.
  • Maintain records and track engagement activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with service offerings.
  • Learn and apply effective communication techniques to improve response rates.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop business development and sales skills.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or final year students preferably in Business, IT or Media Sciences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, or client communication is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and as a part of team.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Type: Full-time / on-site / Entry Level

Job Timings: 12pm - 8pm (afternoon shift)

Location: Gulshan-e- Iqbal, Karachi.
