Role Summary:
As a CSR / Telesales Executive at Minute Marketing, you will be the voice of our company engaging potential clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service that drives sales growth.
You'll play a key role in representing our brand to clients, handling inquiries, pitching our advertising solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce Minute Marketing's advertising solutions.
• Manage inbound client inquiries and ensure prompt, professional communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present advertising packages and digital solutions confidently in front of clients and decision-makers.
• Maintain and update customer data and sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales and client retention targets through proactive engagement.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Must-Have:
• A candidate with 2–5 years of experience in CSR, telesales, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).
• Highly presentable and confident in client interactions and presentations.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (mandatory).
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional attitude.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing-related sales.
• Understanding of outdoor or digital advertising solutions.
