Roles We're Hiring For

At
treening
, we are currently reimagining youth development through education. Our mission with this intervention is to empower young learners (teens & tweens) with future-ready skills—combining academics, technology, creativity, and personal growth. We're looking for dynamic facilitators who can inspire, engage, and guide students in exciting learning journeys.

We are seeking Teachers / Facilitators in the following domains:

  • Python (Coding)
  • German Language
  • Personal Development & Grooming
  • Robotics
  • Public Speaking

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, hands-on learning sessions.
  • Design or adapt lesson plans aligned with treening's learning philosophy.
  • Encourage participation, creativity, and confidence in learners.
  • Assess learning outcomes through interactive projects and feedback.
  • Collaborate with treening's academic team to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in the subject area.
  • Prior teaching/facilitation experience (especially with youth) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage learners beyond the classroom.
  • Passion for education, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
