Job Description:

As a Shopify Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI on our Shopify store. You should be analytical, creative, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for optimal ROI and ROAS.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on creatives.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content, SEO, and email marketing teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay current on digital marketing and Shopify trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce ad campaigns.
  • Proven success running paid ads for Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in interpreting performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Shopify certification (optional)
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
