We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading software house. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the software and IT services industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and IT services industry.

2.     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3.     Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor analysis.

4.     Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

5.     Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful contract execution.

6.     Monitor industry developments and stay updated with new technologies and software solutions.

7.     Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.

2.     Proven record of accomplishment in business development or sales, preferably in a software house or IT services environment.

3.     Strong knowledge of the software development life-cycle and software technologies.

4.     Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

5.     Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

6.     Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.     Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

8.     Strong negotiation and closing skills.

9.     Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
