Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact between iPlex, clients, and internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with the management team and provide timely project updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Track project performance, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring clarity and proper documentation.
  • Review project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Support negotiations, agreements, and project-related documentation when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good client-facing and teamwork attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and propose solutions proactively.
  • Leadership potential with a growth mindset.
