Visa Assistant

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in visa processing, refusal cases & migration applications.

Ability to manage and coordinate with departments, clients & partner offices.

Expertise in handling corporate (B2B), counter sales & social media sales.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Ability to train and develop team members.

Strong organizational & reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee visa processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage interdepartmental coordination and ensure timely task delegation.

Develop corporate client relationships and manage B2B & counter sales.

Work on sales projections and financial alignment with SLAs.

Conduct employee training and oversee team structuring.

Assist in form filling, case preparation & client support.


Location:
