Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop growth strategies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the education and migration consultancy industry is a plus
