Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling student inquiries, providing counseling services, conducting orientations, and managing visa application processes. Additional tasks involve coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining accurate records, and achieving branch targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service and team management
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of visa processes and overseas education systems
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Proficiency in using office software and digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the education consultancy industry.
