Apply now for the Executive Sales Engineer(M/F) role based in Islamabad and you will lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, with a focus on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography and C-Arm business lines.

Your Role:

  • Lead and drive the strategic direction, financial objectives, and sales performance of the Healthcare Sales Organization, with a focus on Diagnostic Imaging (MR, CT & MI), Angiography and C-Arm business lines.
  • Drive business growth within the designated area of responsibility, with a focus on comprehensive market coverage and customer transparency.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital leadership (C-level executives), healthcare professionals, clinicians, and physicians.
  • Ensure the effective execution of sales strategies and Priority Account Plans.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key and strategic customers at appropriate management levels.
  • Identify and engage current & potential prospects in the market, presenting various sales options. Drive sales of company products and services by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Provide clients with tailored solutions to address their challenges, offering accurate information, guidance, and support to strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities by recommending potential clients and exploring emerging market needs.
  • Monitor current market trends and conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver desired result.
  • Your Expertise:
  • BS Medical Technology / Engineering degree or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling imaging equipment or medical devices in the healthcare industry.
  • Good knowledge of languages i.e. English and Urdu.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
  • Aggressive, independent with self-initiative
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
