Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

To be responsible for overseeing the company's sales team and integrating that with the company's marketing efforts designed to bring new clients and provide new services to existing clients as well as cultivating and nurturing those client relationships will be the primary responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

To reach the sales targets for the company, the candidate is required to come up with sales targets that are both realistic and innovative and come up with sales plans that will meet those targets.

Provides focused leadership to the sales team to offer value to the clients and maximize client value.

Establish and foster strategic relationships with clients to ensure risk-based business retention.

Target and capture new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and new market segments.

Identify competitors and devise counter strategies.

Marketing

Implement offline and online marketing strategies to capture new business clients.

Prepare and manage the execution of the social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.

To achieve the goals of the marketing plan, all marketing communications and brand images must be consistent at every point of contact.

Identify opportunities for valuable market research that provides insights to business strategies.

Oversee and coordinate marketing for new products and support for existing products including trade shows and promotional events.

Management & Reporting


• Sales increase, leads, and campaigns with real-time positive ROI.


• Prepare regular briefs for the senior management team.
