Dr. Farah Essa Academy (Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic & Outreach Coordinator to manage student affairs, build partnerships, and grow enrolments.

Position Overview:

The Academic & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the academy, supporting students throughout their journey, handling certificates and records, and building partnerships with affiliated institutes. This role also focuses on student enrolment growth through outreach, counselling, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Academic Management


• Manage student admissions, registrations, attendance, and records.


• Prepare and issue student certificates and transcripts.


• Maintain accurate class schedules, faculty rosters, and event calendars.


• Coordinate with faculty for exams, workshops, and curriculum updates.


• Prepare monthly academic and operational reports for management.

Student Support & Issue Resolution


• Act as the first point of contact for student queries, complaints, and support needs.


• Counsel students on course selection, career paths, and progression.


• Address and resolve conflicts or issues related to faculty, scheduling, or academics.

Liaison & External Relations


• Maintain and develop relationships with affiliated hospitals, institutes, and partners.


• Organize visits, internships, and collaborative events.


• Represent the academy at external meetings and educational fairs.

Marketing & Enrolment Growth


• Conduct outreach activities to promote programs (open houses, seminars, career fairs).


• Manage digital marketing in coordination with the academy's social media team.


• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrolments.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in academic administration, student services, or outreach.


• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and student management software.


• Ability to multitask, work independently, and travel for outreach when required.
