Manager – Outreach & Marketing – The Health Foundation (Karachi)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all marketing and outreach initiatives of The Health Foundation. They will manage fundraising events, develop communication content, supervise creative outputs, and ensure donor engagement through reports and regular updates. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, creativity, and organisational skills to strengthen THF's visibility and brand impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
  • Develop newsletters, annual reports, and outreach content in coordination with creative designers.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly donor fund utilisation reports.
  • Ensure data and updates are regularly maintained on website and social media platforms.
  • Design and implement marketing and outreach campaigns aligned with THF's mission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external professionals for effective campaign execution.
  • Strengthen THF's brand visibility and public perception through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in
    Mass Communication, Advertising & Public Relations, or MBA (Marketing)
    .
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in outreach, marketing, or communications (NGO/health sector experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp
    for donor communication and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Salary

Rs. 120,000 (Negotiable)
