Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong communication and writing skills, along with prior call center experience. This role requires handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery through phone, email, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation qualification.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Prior call center experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
