Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Call Center Expert to handle high-volume outbound calls, engage potential customers, generate leads, and provide information about our logistics and delivery solutions. The ideal candidate must be confident, persuasive, and able to meet daily call targets while maintaining excellent customer interaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers for service promotion, lead generation, and follow-ups.
  • Explain company services, pricing, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and track customer responses.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Handle objections, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support bookings and service inquiries.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Identify potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in call center, telemarketing, outbound sales, or BPO campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English .
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict call targets.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
