We are seeking an experienced
User Acquisition Manager (Consultant)
with a strong background in the
gaming industry
. The ideal candidate will have a
proven record of running and scaling profitable campaigns
across
Google Ads (App Campaigns)
and
Meta Ads
, with hands-on expertise in optimizing already-running campaigns and identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and scale existing campaigns
    across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Request necessary adjustments from the
    game/product side
    to improve acquisition performance.
  • Deliver clear reporting on ROAS, CPI, CAC, and other key growth metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the gaming industry
    running user acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong track record of
    scaling campaigns profitably
    with evidence of high ROAS.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile game marketing metrics and optimization strategies.

Mandatory:

  • Candidates must
    present their portfolio
    during the first meeting.
  • Portfolio should include
    screenshots from campaign dashboards
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or equivalent).
  • Applications
    without portfolio evidence will not be considered.
