You'll turn science into stories, insights into action, and followers into advocates.Short-cycle focus: plan weekly, execute daily, and iterate fast.What You'll Lead (Outcomes, not just activities)Global Social StrategyWeekly channel plan (IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, FB; Reddit/Discord groups) with a 2-week rolling calendar aligned to key personas (asthma/COPD/patient-carers/clinicians).Define content pillars: (1) Daily living & micro-habits, (2) Product education & features, (3) Science made simple, (4) Community & UGC, (5) Founder/clinical POV.Run 2–3 experiments every week (hooks, creatives, timing, caption tests).Creator & Influencer EngineLightweight, hands-on micro-collabs (patient advocates, respiratory physios, wellness creators) you can manage end-to-end yourself; CPA-positive tests and whitelisting where useful.Community & AdvocacyLaunch and moderate safe, empathetic spaces (Reddit/Discord/FB Groups); seed weekly routines ("Ask a clinician", breathwork prompts, "win of the week").Build a UGC pipeline with clear rights & consent workflows.Performance + ASO SupportPartner with Growth on quick creative tests and App Store conversion narratives (screenshots, copy, reviews). Weekly experiment cadence with UTMs.Data & InsightsMaintain a short weekly dashboard (reach, saves, shares, CTR → store, installs, CPA, retention uplift). Turn insights into next week's sprints.Brand Safety & ComplianceGuardrails for health claims, disclaimers, and crisis; HIPAA/GDPR-aware processes with Clinical/Legal sign-offs.Team & OpsPersonally produce most assets (Canva/Figma/Adobe). Collaborate cross-functionally as neededMust-Have Experience3–4 years in social growth/community for apps, health/wellness, or consumer tech.Portfolio with measurable results (growth, CTR, installs, or community engagement).Hands-on with: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics + UTMs, Buffer/Sprout/Hootsuite, Brandwatch/Meltwater (or similar), Figma/Canva/Adobe, and A/B testing.Strong copy + storytelling; adept at carousels, statics, light motion/edits from stock or screen recordings.Comfortable with responsible health content (science-informed, non-diagnostic).Bonus: ASO basics, community moderation from scratch, respiratory/fitness familiarity, multilingual ops, simple paid optimization.Success Metrics (first 4–6 weeks)+10–20% WoW reach growth (weighted to saves & shares).≥2.5–4% CTR from organic social to store pages (UTM-tracked).≤ target CPI from small paid boosts; first CPA-positive collab test live by week 4–6.≥20% of installs attributable to social (last-click + modeled) by week 6.Content velocity: 5–7 posts/week/channel with 2–3 experiments/week.Median response time
