Key Requirements

Experience
: 2 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience in full stack (MERN) development.

Technical Skills
:

Front-End
: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and experience is a strong plus); familiarity with UI frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

Back-End
: Strong knowledge of and for building scalable server-side applications.

Database
: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (NoSQL); familiarity with relational databases like MySQL is a plus.

·    
Tools
: Proficient in Git (GitHub) for version control and deployment on Ubuntu/Linux servers (Apache/Nginx).

Cloud
: Basic understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms.

Soft Skills
:

·    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Responsibilities Front-End Development

·    Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces with / , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

·    Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern and user-friendly designs.

·    Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.

Back-End Development

·    Develop and maintain server-side applications using and

·    Design and optimize RESTful APIs (and GraphQL if applicable) to support front-end features and third-party integrations.

·    Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data handling.

Full Stack Integration

·    Integrate front-end and back-end components into fully functional web applications.

·    Debug and resolve issues across the stack while ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

·    Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team coding practices.

Deployment & Maintenance

·    Deploy applications on Ubuntu/Linux servers (Apache/Nginx) and configure environments.

·    Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues; perform regular maintenance and performance tuning.

·    Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud-based deployments (AWS or similar).
