Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA), and company requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across operations.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
  • Develop emergency response and crisis management plans.
  • Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
  • Monitor environmental impact and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain records of HSE performance, incidents, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety culture in daily operations.
  • Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors on HSE matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO Lead Auditor).
  • 5–10 years of experience in HSE, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and emergency response.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.
  • Ability to influence and drive a strong safety culture.
