About Us

Q-Real Estate is a fast-growing marketing and development company, committed to delivering premium real estate projects across Lahore. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the operations and management of one of our upcoming malls in Lahore.

Position: Mall Manager

Location: Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day mall operations, including administration, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs to ensure a safe, secure, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and footfall enhancement activities.
  • Manage leasing operations, tenant coordination, and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Supervise facility management including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Handle emergency situations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the mall operations team to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in mall operations or facility management, ideally in Lahore or other major cities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle tenants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of mall operations, leasing, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
