Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team at the head office of an established manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in structuring financial operations, managing transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll Processing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and auditing requirements.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Assist in developing financial strategies to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support the finance department in setting up accounting systems and processes for the new manufacturing setup.
  • Provide financial insights and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a startup environment.
