Parker Russell Lahore office is hiring a competent
Finance Executive
for its UAE based project to support day-to-day operational finance activities and ensure accurate financial transaction processing. The role involves working with the UAE based accounting team through Oracle Fusion to enable smooth financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Operational Finance Support

  • Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliations (banks, customers, inter-company).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Track expenses related to operations and support cost control measures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data.

Oracle Fusion Coordination

  • Enter and check financial data in Oracle Fusion.
  • Coordinate with the onshore accountant to keep ledgers accurate.
  • Find and fix any system or data issues.
  • Create simple financial reports and dashboards for internal teams.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation.
  • Assist with tax and regulatory reporting as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the finance team to align schedules and processes.

Key Result Areas

  • Timely and accurate processing of transactions and reports.
  • Compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA (CAF level) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in operational finance or accounting.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or other Tier 1 ERP systems.
