We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial planning and reporting, and the ability to lead finance-related initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop financial forecasts, business models, and strategic plans to support company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local taxation, statutory regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and financial planning.
  • Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Mentor and manage finance team members, fostering professional growth and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA/ACCA is preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
