Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee various HR functions, including HR management, end-to-end recruitment, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves daily interaction with employees, addressing their concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) knowledge and HR Management skills
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
