Student Counselor & Social Media Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, qualified, and committed individuals to join us in the following roles:


Student Counselor

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one academic, career, and personal counseling sessions.

Support students in addressing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being.

Maintain confidential counseling records.

Organize workshops on mental health, study skills, and career development.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality.


Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media content plans and marketing strategies.

Manage daily posting on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Monitor analytics, trends, and performance metrics.

Respond to audience messages and inquiries.

Coordinate with the marketing/design team for engaging visuals and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related fields.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.

Creative content development and strong communication skills.
