Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Communications Manager in executing PR, digital marketing, and communications initiatives. The role is based at our Lahore office, working full-time, and aligned with London office hours (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM). The ideal candidate will assist in content creation, campaign coordination, marketing operations, and reporting to enhance our brand visibility and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing PR and marketing campaigns.

  • Create, edit, and schedule content for social media, newsletters, website blogs, and other channels.

  • Support SEO efforts to optimize website content and online visibility.

  • Assist with marketing administration, including maintaining databases, asset libraries, and campaign tracking.

  • Provide CRM support, including updating records, managing mailing lists, and tracking engagement.

  • Support media outreach, press release distribution, and event coordination.

  • Prepare monthly marketing and PR performance reports, including social media metrics, campaign results, and website analytics.

  • Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; legal marketing experience is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, SEO principles, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
