Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing Department, located in Bahawalpur. The Head of Marketing Department will oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage marketing operations, and conduct market research to guide the company's marketing initiatives. The role will involve close collaboration with the sales and public relations teams to promote the project's commercial units and achieve business objectives. Day-to-day tasks will include leading the marketing team, monitoring and analyzing market trends, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing market data
  • Sales and business development acumen
  • Strong Public Relations and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
