Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for SEO best practices.
  • Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, site structure).
  • Implement technical SEO strategies including site audits, page speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlink building, outreach, guest posting).
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital channels.
  • Recommend improvements to user experience, conversion rate, and overall site performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
  • Understanding of PPC campaigns and SEM.
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media integration.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies.
