Job Description:

Takmeel Square is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing
to lead the company's brand development, marketing operations, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in
real estate marketing
, with a proven ability to design and execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate and high-rise projects.

·       Lead brand positioning, creative direction, and digital marketing initiatives.

·       Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.

·       Oversee advertising, PR, media buying, and event management.

·       Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and management teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

·       Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and performance tracking.

·       Manage budgets, vendors, and agencies effectively.

Requirements:

·       Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Minimum
10 years of proven marketing leadership experience
, preferably in
real estate or construction
.

·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and real estate marketing dynamics.

·       Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.

·       Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
