OMI Hospital is committed to excellence in healthcare and efficient medical supply management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive (Medicines) to join our Supply Chain team and ensure timely procurement of quality medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in medicine procurement or supply chain within the healthcare/hospital sector.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, suppliers, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of inventory management systems will be an advantage).

Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase medicines and medical supplies from approved vendors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy and other departments for forecasting and planning requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
