Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore for an Information Technology Quality Assurance professional. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by developing, documenting, and executing test plans and test cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and resolving software issues, coordinating with development teams to improve product functionality, and utilizing testing tools to manage and monitor quality assurance processes. The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining the integrity and performance of IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Test Management and the development of detailed Test Cases
  • Solid foundation in Quality Assurance principles and practices
  • Proficient in applying Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and software development processes
  • Additional understanding of automation tools, coding principles, and problem-solving techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
