AI Product Lead
to help us shape and deliver an AI-powered product designed to transform how organizations attract, assess, and manage talent.

Role Snapshot:

  • Contract
    : 3 months (may convert to permanent based on success)
  • Engagement
    : Full-time OR part-time (20 hrs/week)
  • Onsite
    : Monday–Thursday (4 hrs/day for part-time)
  • Mode
    : Open to individuals or vendor/consultancy basis

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the
    product roadmap
  • Conduct
    market research & competitor benchmarking
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science & HR experts to
    deliver features
  • Lead the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    from concept to scale

Requirements:

  • 2 to 8 years' experience
    in Product Management / AI / HR Tech
  • Preferably experience with
    ATS or Talent Solutions products
  • Must be based in
    Rawalpindi/Islamabad
  • Comfortable with a
    contractual engagement
