Job Purpose:

  • Assistant manager level resource requirement for rollout of new physical sites from civil construction perspective.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Rollout Manager in overseeing departmental operations and project execution within the NC & Infrastructure domain, with a primary focus on civil works.
  • Led end-to-end project lifecycle management—from planning and execution to monitoring—for diverse infrastructure initiatives including new site rollouts, metro/long haul, USF programs and solar deployments.
  • Accountable for end-to-end management and delivery of the NPS rollout project, from nominal issuance through RFI, while ensuring adherence to target timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex network/service design and rollout challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Supervise special coverage solutions for corporate and high-priority clients, delivering customized network enhancements aligned with business needs.
  • Conduct Health & Safety audits in compliance with NEBOSH guidelines and CMPak standards, promoting a culture of safety across all project sites.
  • Execute production safety audits of NC vendors, identifying risks and enforcing corrective actions to maintain operational integrity.
  • Performed random site audits and civil work quality inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project specifications.
  • Manage vendor and team performance evaluations, driving accountability and continuous improvement across all rollout activities.
  • Act as expert pool member for vendor assessment for new upcoming projects under civil domain.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

Work Experience:

  • Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Telecom industry in new physical sites construction and designing from civil perspective.

Skills – Generic:

  • Should possess Strong Project Management Skills
  • Should have good Presentation and Communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
  • Should have the ability to work in challenging environments.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Civil construction & design related experience.
  • Good knowledge of Auto CAD and MS Project will be preferred.
