Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to manage our social media presence and design engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating graphics and videos, managing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and monitor company accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts consistently.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize performance.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Design eye-catching graphics, banners, social posts, reels, and video content.
  • Create brand-consistent marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, ads, and digital creatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to design visuals for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain high quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
  • Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut).
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics.
  • Creativity in developing viral and trend-based content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs80,000.00 per month
