hands-on, no-ego tech lead
ready to code, ship, and build like a founder.

You'll help us create an environment where
60% of development is driven by AI
tools and automation — with a clear path to push that to
90–95%
. Using stacks like MERN, Flutter, blockchain, and computer vision, LLM, we'll build and test multiple MVPs across fintech, cleantech, and healthtech.

You are:

  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and action-oriented
  • Comfortable being the only dev in the room
  • Excited by AI, automation, and building repeatable systems
  • Looking for meaningful equity, not just a job

This is a
co-founder role
with
equity only in multiple startups you will be involved in
. No fluff, just focus, speed, and real upside.
