About the Role

In this role, you will engage with potential customers through outbound calls, identify their needs, and provide the right solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote company products and services.
  • Identify customer requirements and respond accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Recommend suitable products or services when appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude during all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry knowledge.
