Job Description

We are hiring fluent and experienced Outbound Call Center Agents for a UK-based client project. This is an on-site position in Bahria Town Phase 7 and requires candidates with a native UK accent.

Applicants must be born and raised in the UK, or have lived and worked in the UK for a significant period, ensuring native-level English communication. Candidates without a strong UK accent will not be entertained.

This is a short-term contract role, but high-performing candidates will have the chance to be permanently hired for long-term projects .

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to UK and US-based clients and prospects.
  • Confidently represent and promote client services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Accurately update call details and maintain data in CRM systems.
  • Utilise CRM tools and technical platforms to manage workflows.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance and quality targets.

Qualifications

  • Native UK accent (must be born and raised in the UK, or have substantial living/working experience in the UK).
  • 3–4 years of progressive experience in outbound calling, telesales, or call center roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to use related technical tools/software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work afternoon and night shifts (minimum 6–7 hours per shift).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
