Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-backed

    for growth on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Generate
    trendy, high-impact content ideas
    aligned with brand voice, audience interests, and platform algorithms.
  • Craft compelling
    hooks, narrative structures, and retention-focused content frameworks
    for short-form and long-form content.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    social media trends, formats, viral patterns, platform updates, and competitor strategies
    .
  • Work closely with the creative team to guide video editors, designers, and writers on content direction and execution.
  • Plan and manage
    content calendars
    , ensuring consistent posting and adaptive strategy refinement.
  • Use insights, analytics, and performance metrics to
    optimize content
    for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Identify emerging formats, influencers, and trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh and innovative content concepts.
