Role Overview

We're looking for an
enthusiastic and versatile Content & Social Media Executive team member
to help bring our brand to life across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves
content creation, marketing, and social media
while also being comfortable on camera. You'll gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing tasks, making it a great opportunity for an
entry-level candidate looking to break into marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
  • Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
  • Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
  • Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Shoot high-quality short-form videos with our team of consultants.
  • Act as an on-camera personality for UAPP's social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to write clear and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Creativity:
    Developing unique and compelling social media campaigns.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Attention to detail:
    Ensuring that posts are error-free and align with the brand's voice.
  • Time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Interpersonal skills: Working effectively with team members and engaging with the online community.
  • Must have a track record of driving significant organic reach via branding on social media
  • Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
