We are seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless collaboration between our organization and our vendor network.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

Procurement Coordination: Oversee vendor sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations to secure the best value and quality.

Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance using KPIs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with agreements.

Cost & Quality Optimization: Work closely with vendors to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and product/service enhancements.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align vendor deliverables with internal needs.

Problem-Solving & Escalation: Address and resolve disputes or challenges in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally if required

Shift Details:

This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
