We at Inbox Business Technologies are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with at least 2 years of project management experience to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ZOHO, Asana) and strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and PMBoK. PMP certification would be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Role includes planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify risks or issues proactively.
  • Support in conducting meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in resource allocation and task management using project management tools.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), if applicable.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate critical concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management processes and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, ZOHO Projects, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of project management methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, PMBoK.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation, report writing, and research skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
