Role Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will support in planning, coordinating, and executing ongoing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and as per requirements. Key Responsibilities and Duties

1.     Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring day-to-day project activities to ensure deadlines are met.

2.     Coordinate with different teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.

3.     Maintain accurate records of project progress and share timely updates with the Project Manager.

4.     Ensure punctual attendance, timely task completion, and adherence to work schedules.

5.     Identify and report any delays, issues, or risks that could affect project delivery.

6.     Support documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

7.     Ensure quality and accuracy in all assigned tasks and project documentation.


• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
