Full Job Description

Growth Legends is looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Project Manager who can support project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring seamless coordination among teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of taking full ownership of assigned tasks while communicating effectively across multiple channels, including Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and management via Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for internal and client reviews.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Support senior project managers in strategic planning, decision-making, and resource allocation.
  • Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or trainee programs will be considered).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management platforms Microsoft Teams is Preferred.
  • Must have critical thinking while solving and making plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
