Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce projects from planning to execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients — ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, and operations) to deliver high-quality results.
  • Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance insights to clients.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and brand quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of project management experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or IT.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — must be confident in dealing with U.S. clients.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
