Job Overview:

We are seeking a
Diploma holder in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
with proven hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving
vehicle system issues
including but not limited to
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and fuel systems
. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the
automotive industry
and be capable of managing after-sales service operations, coordinating technicians, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve
    mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, cooling, transmission, suspension, braking, and electronic control system issues
    .
  • Maintain accurate
    documentation, service records, and reports
    .
  • Lead, guide, and coordinate with
    technicians
    to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Assess breakdowns or complaints, analyze root causes, and provide
    reliable solutions
    .
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings, solutions, and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
    after-sales support and warranty handling
    .
  • Build and maintain
    positive long-term client relationships
    through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled
    promptly and professionally
    .
  • Support the sales team with
    technical expertise
    when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in
    Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (DAE)
    or equivalent.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of
    vehicle systems
    (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, electronic, suspension, braking, etc.).
  • Proven ability to
    coordinate and supervise technicians
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and analytical skills
    .
  • Strong skills in
    documentation, reporting, and customer service
    .
  • Ability to build
    trusting client relationships
    .
