Role Descriptions:

Assistant Manager – Social Media

You'll lead the digital voice of our artists and brand — from strategy to storytelling. Responsible for content planning, platform growth, and audience engagement that feels authentic and alive. If you understand trends, tone, and timing — this one's for you.

Assistant Manager – Creative

From visual ideas to video shoots, you'll help bring stories to life. Work closely with artists, A&R, and marketing to craft how our music looks and feels. A mix of imagination, direction, and detail — that's the creative blend we're after.

Assistant Manager – Marketing

You'll drive campaigns that connect sound to culture. From ideation to execution, your focus will be on making every release and IP campaign memorable. Creativity, data, and intuition — all in one rhythm.

Assistant Manager – Partnerships

You'll build bridges between Giraffe and the world — brands, collaborators, and cultural spaces. Identify and secure partnerships that amplify our projects and create shared value across music, art, and experiences.

Assistant Manager – Business Strategy

You'll translate ideas into actionable plans. Work on growth strategy, performance insights, and cross-functional initiatives that push Giraffe forward. Analytical thinking with a creative edge — that's your tune.

Assistant Manager – Business Operations
