CSC Empowerment and Inclusion Program (CEIP) is a microfinance organization in Pakistan, operating under Section 42 and 43 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 as a public company with limited liability. CEIP aims to alleviate poverty through financial inclusion and capacity building, following the Grameen Microfinance Model. Founded in 1989 as Community Support Concern (CSC), the organization tackles issues such as health and the marginalization of women. CSC is expanding its operations throughout Punjab, focusing on equality and improving the lives of underprivileged individuals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk and Compliance Executive located in Lahore. The Risk and Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating and addressing risks, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves enforcing ethical guidelines, conducting audits, and developing internal policies to safeguard the organization's integrity and operations.

Qualifications

  • Regulatory Compliance and Law skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in compliance or risk management is a plus
