  • Track and update clients on shipment status.
  • Conduct market research on target countries.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust pricing strategies.
  • Maintain records using CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales and performance reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
  • Promote repeat business through client satisfaction.
