Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales initiatives targeting B2B clients in international markets
  • Negotiate and secure global contracts with international clients across various industries
  • Exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly qualified contacts
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management with 3:1 volume ratio
  • Develop and implement customized strategic sales plans for international markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and growth

Requirements

  • 1+ years international sales or B2B client acquisition experience
  • Professional English fluency at C1/C2 level (verbal and written communication)
  • Documented history of sales quota achievement and performance excellence
  • Night shift availability (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and client management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000 per month
  • Uncapped Commission: Top performers earn PKR 150,000+ monthly
